Made in midtweight  joyful Liberty print cotton,this dress features an exquisite hand smoking across the chest and on the back.The floral print in the Liberty fabric has been recreated on the collar points front and back.  The gathered skirt has a sash around the back that ties in a bow and mother-of-pearl buttons.
